.
Life is pretty strange,
infinity is its range.
Try to maintain serenity,
in times of difficulty.
Try to stand your ground,
when you are crowned.
Be all ready,
before it becomes already.
And, the day when your presence,
becomes to someone a present,
is the day when your identity,
will start influencing an eternity!

Remember the roots from where you came,
the fruits of success will follow and lay the road of fame!!!

Why there is an assumption that many "ENGINEERS" in India are not employable..???

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

My Views :

I personally feel every living creature in nature has it's own uniqueness. When we take ourselves into consideration, everyone of us has a special talent. Our duty lies in realizing that special talent that has been given to us, work hard and surge ahead in life towards success. And here, the role of parents, teachers can play a massive part. Then, why is it that some become successful and some don't,when all are equally gifted? Here is the difference. Consider the following example:

Example:

Consider an young boy/girl who is exceptionally talented in Sports, Painting or something other than academics. The irony of our system is that you will be touted successful only only if you prove your worth in academics and I mean only in academics and nothing else in most of the cases. The problem with the above case is that the boy/girl who is talented in sports, painting, dancing or singing...etc has to sit in the same class with the boy/girl who is talented in academics. So, naturally comparison starts and judging of individuals takes place. The boy/girl who needs to be judged based on his/her talent in the field of his/her choice is being judged on academics.

What deadly sin are we committing?

The special gift of that particular boy/girl is being sacrificed for the mere lopsidedness of the society. How can the society(parents) force young minds to take up something which is out of their interest? Most of the students who sacrificed their own interest get into engineering because it is not costly as a medical course and these days with the schemes that are present in each state it is not such a difficult thing to become an engineer. This is the reason why there are more engineers in our country, and studies reveal that only few are employable...And the society comes around to question them?? Why are you not good enough?

And that's what happens when you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree rather than judging by its ability to swim.

How can we expect substance when most of them are studying for the society, sacrificing their own interests?? Who is to be blamed??

As far as possible children should be allowed to pursue their goals in whatever field they choose, and only then India can produce more efficient Engineers, Doctors, Sportsmen/Sportswomen, Dancers, Singers, Painters, Artists...etc who can make the country proud!!

There may be some exceptions for all the things I mentioned above, that said, basic education is a must for everyone.

And finally...

Understand the UNIQUENESS of every individual on this earth.
They are special in their own way...!!!

IT'S ALL ABOUT "SATISFACTION" IN LIFE....!!!!!

Where does satisfaction end? Does it have an end? What is true satisfaction......?

Today the most difficult thing is to see where the end of satisfaction lies. The feeling of satisfaction for different people is at different levels and for some it is beyond any known boundaries.

For example, a person who earns Rs.10,000($), he is not satisfied with it and  wants to earn Rs.20,000($) and a person who earns Rs.20,000($), his satisfaction level will be much higher and it goes on, but at the same time there are many friends who are fighting it out to get a job which will fetch them Rs.10,000($) per month and if we go down a bit further we can find people who are struggling to have food at least once in a day. Somehow, if they can find food to fill their stomach, they are happy and satisfied. Thus the degree of satisfaction clearly varies at various levels of hierarchy.

But when it comes to money, the degree of satisfaction is never constant and never ending. Isn't it? I don't mean to tell that we should not have higher aspirations to reach the top and to earn money. I am just trying to highlight the current situation and the things that people are missing in their relentless pursuit of money.

Does satisfaction lie only in earning huge bucks??

Does it lie only in costly cars and rich life?

Did satisfaction become a synonym for money or has it become a proportionality to money?

I feel earning money and leading a comfortable life gives us immense satisfaction, no doubt, but Should we limit it only to earning money?

As all of us know when we leave this world nothing will come with us and neither can we take anything...But in the process of earning money aren't we losing time to make memories?
As I move on in life, I get a strong feeling that memories are the only things that hold a strong place in my heart. When I look back, the marks that I have scored, the prizes that I have won, give me happiness to a certain extent but they are not the priority when it comes to my satisfaction. The time that I spent with family, relatives and friends at various levels of my education and life gives me immense happiness and satisfaction. In fact, I see many people who are earning really well but still they aren't entirely happy with their lives. They feel they are missing something even when they have everything in terms of comfort and luxury, and some call them memories. And by the time they realize this, sometimes, it becomes too little too late.

We should work hard no matter whichever profession it is and earn sufficient money to look after ourselves and our family. In the process of reaching there, we should try to make as many memories as possible because those will stay with us when we leave this world.

If we can do that, then our soul will see the heights of absolute satisfaction....!!!

ANTI-QUOTA SPEECH : 8 YEAR OLD BOY STUNS BIHAR CHIEF MINISTER..!!!

"ONE EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR ALL"- 8 YEAR OLD KUMAR RAJ CHOURASIA

8 year old Kumar Chourasia with the Placard

Patna,May 15:The occasion was a conference for people of the Chourasia caste, generally into Betel trade,at the S K Memorial Hall in Patna. Before Nitish Kumar's(Bihar Chief Minister) arrival, the boy was seen  roaming around with a placard requesting participants and the Chief Minister to allow him to speak. As soon as Nitish entered the hall, the boy rushed towards the dais with the placard, before security personnel stopped him.
But the boy did not lose heart. He kept raising the placard along with a garland that he wanted to offer to the Chief Minister. The boy did not move an inch as leader after leader delivered his or her speech.
Around half-an-hour later,Nitish noticed the boy and asked the organisers to allow him to speak. The boy climbed onto the stage and garlanded Nitish. He was then given a cordless microphone.
Microphone in hand, the class III student spoke Extempore.
"I thank the chief minister for including people of our caste under extremely backward classes(EBC's),but I stand here to demand a system which does not require such doles,"the little speaker said, adding:"Why can't we have a system which doesn't require such doles? The root cause of inequality is the different type of education offered to children. While children of poor people study in Government schools, those from affluent homes go to private schools where standards are far better."
The organisers butted in to ask the boy to make his speech short, but Nitish said:"Let the boy  speak."
The boy said : "If I become the Prime Minister,I will close all the private schools and there would be only one system of education for all.Let me ask you people of Chourasia caste,do you think that by getting quota, the future of children would be bright? No,it is not so.Why cannot we grow without reservation?"
A hush fell as everybody, including Nitish, listened to the boy attentively. The boy spoke for 10 minutes, laying emphasis on the education system in Bihar.
Nitish placing the Betel garland on the boy

A huge round of applause followed.Nitish called him over and placed the Betel garland the organisers had given him on the boy's neck.
Asked how the boy knows many things, his father said : "He takes interest on his own and sits with me when I read the newspaper. When I heard Nitish would attend this programme,I brought him along,as he wanted to attend it."
Nitish praised the boy, saying : "I am impressed and bless this boy for a bright future. He said he wants to become a Prime Minister. It is possible. If a chaiwala(referring to Narendra Modi) can become PM,Why can't a paanwala (Betel Trader)?
         You must think big."

A TOP TEN SINGLES TENNIS PLAYER : A DREAM NOW...BUT A REALITY FEW DECADES AGO..!

                                      Friends,
Today as we see, there is no Indian singles tennis player who features among the top tennis players.People may think that it has been the case for many years and it is continuing even now.But that's wrong........Our country has tasted success in this sport in singles discipline in yester years.
In this post I would like to briefly recall the glorious past of singles Tennis in India.

RAMANATHAN KRISHNAN:

  • He was among the world's leading players in 1950s and 1960s .He was  twice a semifinalist at Wimbledon reaching as high as World no.6 in those days.
  • He was also the first Asian to win the boy's singles title at Wimbledon.
  • He was also a key member of the Indian Davis cup team.
  • Critics hailed Krishnan as a "Marvel",with some describing his tennis as "Pure Oriental Charm",with some calling his style of play as "Eastern Magic".

Although we are having successful Doubles players in Mahesh Bhupathi,Leander Paes and Sania Mirza,we lack that top singles player who could make strong impression on the public and children to take up the beautiful game of Tennis in our country.Hope  we see a player as good as Mr.Krishnan or even better to represent India on the World arena in the near future.
